Dear Encinitas Guitar Orchestra members, alumni’s and prospective new members,

It is with great pleasure to announce our upcoming session, starting on Monday, September 11th. The session will kick off with doors opening at 6 PM, followed by rehearsals starting at 7 PM. 
Our concert date is Friday, December 1st, 2023, 7:30pm at Bethlehem Lutheran, Encinitas. 
The Chamber Ensemble will have a second performance on Sunday, December 10th, 2pm at St. James in Solana Beach.

To ensure seamless preparations, please contact me ASAP confirming your availability for this session. Our orchestra has been experiencing a surge in popularity, leading us to cap the participant count at 40 for practical reasons.
Your timely response will help finalize arrangements.

The chosen theme is "A Charlie Brown Christmas." I’m excited to announce that we have enlisted professional musicians skilled in harp, piano, vocals, and drums to enhance our performance. These additions will elevate the jazzy elements present in the Charlie Brown soundtrack, promising a truly exceptional musical experience.  Five of the eight selected pieces for  the orchestra have been made available on our website: www.encinitasguitarorchestra.com (see Fall session 2023 and registration tab) with three more pieces to follow.  Please contact me peter@guitarsounds.com , 760-815-5616 to confirm your participation and to get the password for the music.
